You and we both agree that the court of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising in connection with these Conditions and/or your use of this Site. If you are a consumer resident in Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
